KS Surveyors Limited is a building surveying consultancy company of professional surveyors, providing inspection and appraisal services to cater for the need of different tiers of the society. The company was established in 2020 by Mr. Lau Kim Fung and a group of veterans and qualified professionals, aiming to provide our customers with quality and prompt service. Our services cover Hong Kong's building inspection, construction (A&A and minor works), project management, surveying and property valuation services etc.

building management and maintenance (repairs and maintenance);
building measurements, surveys and fire insurance valuations;

project supervision (as technically competent persons required by Buildings Department to ensure construction safety);
